Warranties & responsibility

We provide a two-year warranty on all products purchased from us. If you submit a valid warranty claim within this period, we will either repair the defect or replace the product.

Customers must contact us at effe-i@dawntech.co.uk before returning any products. This ensures that we can provide the necessary return instructions and process your claim efficiently.

If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund upon promptly returning the product to us.

We will cover the shipping costs for repaired or replacement products sent to you. However, you are responsible for the return shipment of the defective product to us.
