Duties, Taxes & Customs

All prices displayed on our website exclude duties, customs fees, VAT, and any other applicable taxes.
For customers in the United States, a 10% import duty is applied to orders shipped from the UK. Due to system limitations, this charge may appear as “VAT” at checkout, but it reflects customs-related costs, not UK tax.

Refunds & Payment Fees

In the event of a refund, any bank, debit/credit card, or PayPal transaction fees will be retained by the payment processor and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
